The Prime Cabinet Secretary was taken through the Athi Water infrastructure projects aimed at improving water supply and sanitation for Nairobi, Kiambu and Muranga. Delegates from the Nile Basin countries were also enlightened on the need for developing climate-resilient infrastructure and promoting high environmental quality standards.
It is a testament to the power of inter-regional cooperation that the Nile Basin countries have been able to come together and celebrate the importance of the Nile River and how it connects us all. This is a great step towards creating a more sustainable, green, and climate-friendly future for all of us.
